We are seeking a motivated and engaging Superintendent Site Services to lead our site-based site services team, accountable for the safe planning and execution of site services support across our Marandoo operations.
This role presents a fantastic opportunity to draw on your people leadership skills, harnessed with your technical knowledge to positively develop and support your team, whilst fostering an inclusive and positive team culture.

Reporting to the Manager Operations and working in a challenging and exciting environment within the Marandoo Operations Department, you will be:
- An inspiring role model and coach for positive behaviours, practices and processes, whilst providing leadership, development and support to your team
- Engaging and collaborating with operational leaders across our sites and our key stakeholders
- Leading site services activities from planning through execution and review, including the responsibility for contractor management
- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and supporting the team in the implementation of improvement initiatives
- Developing, monitoring and controlling approved budget to deliver cost effective services that meet the business needs
- Supporting Capital Projects and delivery for site

Where you will be working
Located 45km east of Tom Price, Marandoo offers a range of fly in fly out rosters. The below-water-table expansion is expected to extend the life of the mine by approximately 16 years. An updated accommodation village complements the mine expansion and provides modern, comfortable facilities for its workforce.
