About the Role
Perth City Square is home to BHP’s Technology Remote Operations Centre (TROC). TROC operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week supporting a wide range of safety and production critical Operational Technology (OT) to prevent or minimise impacts to our Minerals Australia assets caused by failure in critical technology services.
The TROC team purpose is to quickly predict, prevent and respond to Operational Technology Events and consists of over 100 team members. This role sits within the TROC team and supports Major Incident, Problem and Change Management.
About the Role
We are actively seeking the talents of an innovative and engaging individual to join our Technology Remote Operations Centre (TROC) team as Superintendent TROC.
Reporting to the Manager OT Operations TROC, this role presents a terrific opportunity to lead a team of people leaders and knowledge leaders.

- Lead a diverse team of high performing people and knowledge leaders.
- Drive delivery of initiatives to move the dial.
- Lead the Major Incident Management process and engage stakeholders during major events / incidents / changes.
- Lead safety performance by adherence to policies, procedures and training requirements.
- Lead cultural performance by coaching an embedded culture of trust, inclusion and respect.
- Lead operational performance by setting and clearly communicating operational priorities, targets and expectations.
- Lead optimised resourcing by ensuring the required capacity and capabilities are in place to achieve maximum possible effectiveness and efficiency of the shift crew.
About You
