About the Role

FIFO Role on Roster: 5/2 – 4/3 

Reporting into the Manager Warehouse Operations WA, your role will be to provide leadership to a team of Supervisors and Operators focused on the safe and on time transport and delivery of freight and materials to our customers within the broader business.    

This role will enable you to utilise your management skills while gaining broad exposure across multiple operations. You will also influence the performance and culture of your team.    

In this role, you will: 

  • Support and develop a diverse team of Warehouse personnel to enable safe, productive and efficient parts availability
  • Champion Material Risk management and ensure controls are in place, including the verification of all Safe Work Procedures for warehouse risk
  • Develop strong working relationships with site stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial improvements
  • Collaborate with multiple functions to support warehouse activities to ensure efficient operation of multiple warehouses across sites
  • Monitor warehouse cost against budget and forecast any potential changes to spend

  • Proven experience and capability in managing large operational teams and drive high performance
  • Be a collaborative and supportive leader with experience engaging diverse teams
  • Have a proven track record of safety leadership
  • Strong action orientation and problem solving, collaboration and decision-making skills. 
  • Looking to further develop your career in warehousing and learn from a world-class execution team 
  • Have a willingness to be part of, and lead a culture that promotes innovation, encourages diverse thinking and supports best for business outcomes
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
