We are looking for an Administration Supervisor to join our team at Brockman 4 to lead the administration team whilst driving a positive safety culture through proactive, visible, and authentic people leadership.

This role is a great opportunity to showcase your influencing and stakeholder engagement skills.

Working a 5/2/4/3 Dayshift FIFO roster and reporting to the Manager Operational Excellence, you will:

  • Be an inspiring role model and coach for positive behaviours, practices and processes, whilst providing leadership, development and support to your team
  • Collaborate closely with other functions and stakeholders in the performance of duties
  • Support the site by acting as the key contact for flights and accommodation bookings
  • Foster a team culture of continuous improvement by encouraging identification of cost reduction initiatives, production efficiency projects and process improvements

What you’ll bring

  • A proactive commitment to driving a safe, supportive, and inclusive team culture in line with our Rio Tinto values (Care, Courage and Curiosity) and behaviours
  • Have leadership experience and be confident in developing and coaching teams
  • Ability to work with diverse teams and manage multiple programs of change/continuous improvement
  • Hold a current "C Class" WA Manual Driver’s License

Located 60km north-west of Tom Price, Brockman is wholly owned and operated by Rio Tinto. Opened in 2010, this open pit operation offers a family friendly fly in fly out roster with state-of-the-art camp facilities.
