We are looking for an Supervisor Administration to join the Winu Team in Perth. Reporting to the Site Services Superintendent, you will lead and manage the administration function and services to support the effective execution of site-based activities of the Winu Project Development.
Key responsibilities include:
- General Leadership accountabilities include; recruitment of talent, setting team and individual expectations, monitor performance, provide effective feedback, coach, mentor and develop team members, conduct performance assessment and review, reward and recognition, managing unsatisfactory performance and behaviour including termination when necessary.
- Adjust the Administration team and role designs to meet the changing needs of the project over time.
- Ability to provide occasional coverage for Site Services Supervisor and Site Services Superintendent.
- Establish, develop and maintain relationships with local resources, remote resources and other leads and identify solutions to resolve any issues
- Maintains regional and local systems, standards, solutions in line with global policies/standards
- Manage, coach and advise team members on administration best practice, processes and procedures
- Proactively review and identify ways to improve work processes, procedures, service and relationships
- Provide support to special projects and other initiatives as directed
- Regular site visits required (approximately once per month)

Where you’ll be working
Winu
Winu is a 100% Rio Tinto owned copper-gold mineralisation project in the Yeneena Basin of the Paterson Province in Western Australia. The project is located approximately 130 km north of the Telfer mine and 350 km southeast of Port Hedland. Teams at Winu are taking an agile approach to greenfield project development and being innovative in the way we bring a mine from exploration to production.
