Supervisor - Civil

The Fimiston Civils project is located in the Goldfields region of Western Australia in Kalgoorlie. We are currently seeking an experienced Civils Supervisor on a 2:1 roster to the Project with responsibilities not limited to:
 

Ensuring a safe workplace is maintained and personnel are trained/competent
Ensure safe working procedures and practices are in place and adhered to
Supervising and leading a team of Operators
Identify and implement improvement opportunities leading to safer workplaces, increased productivity and increased efficiencies
 

To be successful you will have the following skills and experience:
 

Previous supervising experience
Previous experience operating plant in Civils environment
In depth knowledge of the overall civils requirements
Have a high level of communication skills
