Supervisor - Civil

Job Responsibilities

The Civil Supervisor will support the Project Manager to ensure that operational works are supervised and completed in a safe and efficient manner, compliant with client and legislative requirements.

About the role

• Based at the Telfer mine, in the Great Sandy Desert in the Pilbara, WA. 
• Full time role on an 8:6 or 7:7 roster.
• Manage the Construction Team to complete the works in accordance with Project specifications and drawings.
• The role will encompass HSE, operational and technical excellence, people management and development, business and continuous improvement, and financial management.

About you

• Relevant trade qualifications or equivalent experience.
• Must have experience with earthworks.
• Minimum of 5-10 years in the mining or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of HSEQ standards, rules, and procedures.
• Current Australian C Class Driver’s Licence.
