About Olympic Dam
One of Australia’s largest mines and a complex minerals processing operation, Olympic Dam, is unique in that we produce Copper, Uranium, Gold and Silver. About the Role
We are currently looking for an experienced Delivery Supervisor to help support the execution of in field modifications and small projects in accordance with the Modifications & Small Projects portfolio and relevant processes, standards and performance targets for HSE, cost, quality & schedule. In this role, you will provide strong and engaging leadership to the department and help them safely achieve departmental and Olympic Dam business objectives, maximising efficiencies and creating value for the business.

This role will be based at Olympic Dam on an 8 days on / 6 days off roster with FIFO, DIDO or residential options available.
In this role you will:
- Supervise the safe execution of construction and commissioning activities for modifications and small projects and risks relevant to these activities.
- Promote operational discipline and high performance in work execution.
- Provide necessary documentation to create relevant 1SAP Master Data, operating procedures, maintenance work instructions.
- Liaise with other Studies and Projects teams across the Asset.
- Participate in any other projects or key tasks as directed by line manager or delegate.
- Lead and develop culture of Zero Harm.
- Demonstrate an overriding commitment to health, safety, environmental responsibility and sustainable development.
- Embed Field Leadership into daily routines and deliver observations as defined by department.
- Encourage and promote continuous improvement by constantly looking for opportunities to improve work practices and procedures.
- Participate in workplace investigations as required.
About You
- A commitment to safety.
- Hold a current Trade Qualification in an Electrical field.
- Project execution in either a trade or Project Managing role.
- Exposure in an underground environment is advantageous.
- Superior verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills including
- 1SAP and Microsoft Office and MS Project experience preferential.
- Be an effective leader with proven experience to develop and mentor within an existing team environment.
- Understanding of Quality Assurance principles and associated systems and practices.
- Solid problem solving and decision-making abilities.
- Able to deliver high quality work with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly grasp and explain complex technical problems.
