We are looking for a Supervisor Drill & Blast to provide leadership to their team and actively promote safety awareness and safe work practices, with the aim of driving consistent performance and innovation in relation to safety, cost and production.

Leading on the frontline is one of the most important jobs in our business and comes with a huge amount of responsibility. We need you to motivate, inspire and keep your people safe and well.

This role is a great opportunity to bring your knowledge and expertise to a dynamic site and further your career aspirations. Reporting to the Superintendent Drill & Blast you will:

  • Drive a safe work environment where zero harm is our goal
  • Demonstrate ability to consistently achieve safety and operational outcomes
  • Be an inspiring role model and coach for positive behaviours, practices and processes, whilst providing leadership, development and support to your team
  • Leading, organising, developing and motivating your team to exceed expectations and targets
  • Utilise the fortnightly mine plans to supervise and coordinate both blasting and drilling activities on site
  • Ensure all mining activities undertaken are compliant with all relevant statutory regulations and business standards and policies

What you’ll bring

  • A current and valid ‘C Class’ manual driver's licence
