We are looking for a motivated, safety conscious Supervisor Electrical to lead a team of electrical maintainers providing maintenance to fixed plant assets at Cape Lambert Port.
Leading from the frontline is one of the most important jobs in our business and comes with a huge amount of responsibility and stakeholder engagement. We need you to motivate, inspire and keep our people safe as we work.

Reporting to the Superintendent Electrical and working in a challenging and exciting environment within our Port Maintenance Electrical team, you will:
- Be an inspiring role model and coach for positive behaviours, practices and processes, whilst providing leadership, development and support to your team
- Ensure all statutory testing and maintenance is carried out and recorded
- Build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders to align on operational plans and strategies
- Drive effective cost management initiatives by identifying & implementing cost-saving opportunities
- Participate in the preparation of accurate weekly reports and assigning tasks to team members
- Managing the day-to-day operations through SAP
- Championing continuous improvement by identifying and implementing changes to optimise work practices and provide technical solutions to improve plant performance
What you’ll bring
- Proactive approach with a strong commitment in driving a safe working culture
- Leadership experience and confident in leading, developing and coaching team members
- Experience in electrical fixed plant maintenance
- Demonstrated ability in meeting targets and bringing the team on a journey of continuous development
- WA A grade electrical license and High Voltage Switching Ticket
- Competent understanding of electrical schematics, isolation and permitting systems
- A current Australian driver's license

Where you’ll be working
Our port facilities consist of four shipping terminals located on the Pilbara coast at Dampier and Cape Lambert which form an essential part of our logistics process. Each terminal has facilities for train unloading, iron ore stockpiling, product blending and ship loading.
