  • 8 days on 6 days off, 7 days on 7 days off roster

We are seeking a talented Supervisor to join our Port Services Fixed Plant Maintenance team. This role will be responsible for ensuring safe, reliable, and stable fixed plant asset performance for Port operations. Supervising a diverse group of mechanical maintenance technicians, executing fixed plant planned maintenance activities.

In this key role, you have the ability to positively influence BHPs direct business outcomes, being at the end of one of the most profitable & productive supply chains across Australia. Your ability to lead by example, be proactive and prioritise safety will be critical to your success.

About You

As the successful candidate you will possess the following:

  • A mechanical trade certificate or mechanical engineering degree
  • Experience with fixed plant maintenance
  • Strong leadership experience in leading and developing teams
  • Excellent safety leadership skills and history of field leadership participation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • An energetic and enthusiastic approach to work, with a drive to develop and learn.
