We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Supervisor Infrastructure to join our Mine Water Management and Site Services team.

Reporting to the Superintendent MWM and working in a challenging and exciting environment within our MWM & Site Services team, you will:
- Be an inspiring role model and coach for positive behaviours, practices and processes, whilst providing leadership, development and support to your team
- Maintain statutory electrical inspections and records as required by WHS
- Participate in preparation of accurate weekly reports and assigning tasks to team members
- Build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders to align on operational plans and strategies
- Drive effective cost management initiatives by identifying & implementing cost-saving opportunities
- Championing continuous improvement by identifying and implementing changes to optimise work practices and provide technical solutions to improve borefield performance
What you’ll bring
- A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
- A Western Australian Electricians License (A Grade)
- Proactive approach with a strong commitment in driving a safe working culture
- Leadership experience and confident in leading, developing and coaching team members
- Experience in electrical infrastructure and dewatering borefield maintenance
- Competent understanding of electrical schematics, isolation and permitting systems
- A current Australian ‘C’ Class manual driver's license
Where you’ll be working
Located 60km north-west of Tom Price, Brockman 4 is wholly owned and operated by Rio Tinto. Opened in 2010, this open pit operation offers a family friendly fly in fly out roster with state-of-the-art camp facilities. Driving the latest technological advancements, the open-pit mines offer an avenue for opportunity and career progression.
This position will be offered on a FIFO 8 days on, 6 days offDayshift Only roster from Perth, Western Australia or our regionally supported FIFO hubs (Albany, Busselton and Geraldton).
