You will be accountable for the scheduling and coordination of a variety of maintenance work fronts and supervisors, to support the safe and efficient preparation and execution of maintenance.
About the role
You will be accountable for scheduling a variety of maintenance work fronts, to support the safe and efficient execution of planned maintenance at Cape Lambert.
A varied and challenging role will require you to work closely with Planning, Contract Partners, Maintenance and Operations teams to ensure maintenance activities are prioritised and scheduled to optimise resources.
The role includes:
- Scheduling online work for various work teams
- Optimising WFP and opportune work windows
- Reporting on key metrics as well as applying the five guiding principles of Lean for business improvement
- Holding meetings and liaising with key stakeholders about upcoming maintenance to ensure appropriate risk management strategies are in place
- Supporting the Shut scheduling when required
To be considered for this role, you will:
- Have intermediate SAP and Microsoft Project experience
- Prometheus experience, would be beneficial but not necessary
- Be proactive with a strong commitment to driving a safe working culture
- Well-developed stakeholder engagement skills
- Process driven with Work Management knowledge
- Hold a current "C Class" WA Driver's License
It will also be beneficial if you have:
- Prior scheduling experience (highly regarded)
- Have supervisory experience
- Have experience in Fixed Plant maintenance
- Hold a relevant trade qualification or technical aptitude
Where you’ll be working
Our port facilities consist of four shipping terminals located on the Pilbara coast at Dampier and Cape Lambert which form an essential part of our logistics process. Each terminal has facilities for train unloading, iron ore stockpiling, product blending and ship loading.
