Supervisor - Maintenance

Job Responsibilities

Health, Safety and Risk

• Ensure risks and hazards within area of responsibility are identified and managed to an acceptable level
• Ensure individual compliance with Company-wide and group related strategy, policies, procedures, values and guidelines

Technical/Operational

• Ensure the operators of plant and equipment are trained, deemed competent and authorised on site prior to commencement of work
• Ensure that all persons undertaking specified tasks have the required level of skills and knowledge to conduct the task safely and efficiently

Commercial/Financial

• Manage costs effectively, identify and minimise risks within area of control

People Management

• Supervise direct reports to ensure that all jobs are completed to the required standard in acceptable timeframes

Team Contribution

• Liaise with other departments as required to complete tasks
