Due to our ongoing growth, Macmahon are currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced people to join the team at the Warrawoona Gold Project mine located 25km from Marble Bar. Macmahon have secured a 5-year Surface mining contract with Calidus Resources, this mine is developing 1.5 million ounces.

We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join the Warrawoona team on an 8:6 roster, FIFO from Perth to Marble Bar. Fly in and out in company time, working with a close-knit team of maintenance professionals.
To be considered for this opportunity the requirements needed are:
- Prior site-based mobile plant supervisory experience essential.
- Proven commitment to safety.
- Demonstrated ability to provide strong leadership and drive continuous improvement.
- Australian recognised Mobile Plant Trade Certificate.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Computer proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP desirable.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Ensure compliance to skills training matrix for self and direct reports.
- Conduct field interactions and complete incident investigations.
- Oversee day to day mobile maintenance in accordance with maintenance plans and company processes.
- Ensure work is carried out to a high standard.
- Provide mentoring and upskilling to the workforce.
