Additionally, you'll monitor working practices and adherence to safety procedures to ensure the safety of employees working in the area.What You'll Bring

• Leadership: Ability to effectively lead and manage a team of Maintenance Tradespersons.
• Maintenance Management: Proficiency in overseeing maintenance activities and ensuring that asset management processes are consistently applied to maintain the reliability and safety of assets.
