About the roleJoin our team as a Maintenance Operations Supervisor, where you'll lead a team of Maintenance Tradespersons in executing maintenance activities while ensuring consistent application of asset management processes. In this role, you'll manage and supervise trade employees in maintenance activities, ensuring tasks are completed safely and efficiently. You'll allocate maintenance coverage for breakdowns and resolve on-the-job issues related to planned maintenance activities and shutdowns. Additionally, you'll monitor working practices and adherence to safety procedures to ensure the safety of employees working in the area.What You'll Bring

  • Leadership: Ability to effectively lead and manage a team of Maintenance Tradespersons.
  • Maintenance Management: Proficiency in overseeing maintenance activities and ensuring that asset management processes are consistently applied to maintain the reliability and safety of assets.
  • Asset Management Knowledge: Understanding of asset management principles and practices, including optimization, forecasting, lifecycle management, and risk mitigation.
  • Safety Management: Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment by monitoring and enforcing adherence to safety procedures and regulations.
