Due to our ongoing growth, Macmahon are currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced people to join the team at the "King of the Hills” mine located in the Eastern Goldfields of Western Australia 28km north of Leonora. Macmahon have secured a 5-year Surface and Underground mining contract with RED 5 ltd, the mine will have annual production above 200kozpa, King of the Hills is Australia’s next major Gold Mine which will feature State-of-the-Art Technology 85% new plant and brand-new camp facilities.

We are currently seeking experienced Maintenance Supervisor on a 2:1 Roster to the Project with responsibilities not limited to:
• Ensuring a safe workplace is maintained and personnel are trained/competent
• Ensure safe working procedures and practices are in place and adhered to
• Supervising and leading a team of maintenance personnel to comply with maintenance plans and equipment life cycle requirements
• Provide technical guidance to shop floor personnel for mobile equipment
• Ensure business processes are adhered to at all times
• Accurate recording of all maintenance activities
• Development and mentoring of maintenance personnel
• Lead a team of maintenance personnel to achieve heavy equipment rebuild requirements as planned for the workshop and repairs
• Ensure accurate recording of all maintenance activities
To be successful you will have the following skills and experience
• A strong, proven commitment to safety and excellent communication skills across all levels
• Background and technical knowledge of a range of equipment
• Mechanical knowledge to a level of understanding equipment capabilities, maintenance scheduling and preventative maintenance methods
• Detailed knowledge of mining and safety regulations
• Certification in Frontline Management
• Have a high level of communication skills
