About the Role

Working a 8 days on 6 days off roster as a Structural Integrity Maintenance Supervisor your main accountabilities will be to manage a high preforming team made up of coded Boilermakers, Blast and Painters and Maintenance Associates to safely deliver at their optimal performance. You will also be a champion for business improvement and you will be able to help support your team on this journey.   

About You

You will have a desire to shape culture, lead a team and improve business processes. Your background in either a similar type of position or environment will see you well placed with the required capability to step into this opportunity. Your ability to communicate is of the upmost importance as well as your relationships skills. It is essential that you demonstrate impeccable safety behaviours and being safety focused is part of your everyday.  Reporting to the Superintendent Maintenance, you will also: •    A strongly driven focus to safety  •    People skills  •    Have the ability to read and understand processes  •    Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills •    Exceptional risk management skills •    Strong leadership experience in leading and developing teams •    An energetic and enthusiastic approach to work, with a drive to develop and learn •    Ability to problem solve and react to unplanned situations •    Sound time management skills •    Coach, review and develop trades personnel to ensure their skills are optimised to their full potential;  •    A trade qualification is highly desirable. •    Experienced in 1SAP work management or strong computer skills is highly regarded.
