ABOUT THE ROLE 

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 40 hours per week on a day-shift roster. Our Worsley Refinery is a short drive from communities such as Collie (20 Minutes) & Bunbury (45 Minutes) which all offer an enviable country lifestyle. Surrounded by magnificent jarrah forests, pristine beaches and world-famous wineries, you will live and work in one of the most beautiful regions of Western Australia and still be home each night. 

Candidates should ideally live within an hour’s drive of Collie as there is no accommodation on site.

As the Supervisor Maintenance (Electrical) you will be responsible for leading electrical maintenance execution to deliver safe, reliable and compliant work across all equipment and systems.

Key deliverables for the role are, but aren’t limited to:

• Coordinating daily work plans and adapting schedules to meet operational needs.
• Overseeing resource readiness, work quality and accurate SAP data use.
• Conducting field audits, compliance checks and communicating clear findings.
• Supporting continuous improvement by encouraging ideas and enabling solutions.

ABOUT YOU 

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following: 

• Confidently guiding a diverse team with inclusive, supportive leadership.
• Navigating complex maintenance environments with sound judgement and calm decision-making.
• Building strong relationships, resolving conflict constructively and influencing positive outcomes.
• Interpreting technical information and prioritising work to maintain safe, effective operations.

Qualifications for this position are: 

• A Current ‘C’ class driver’s licence.
• Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor appointment.
• Eligibility to hold, or current holding of, a Section 5.10 MSIR appointment.
• WA ‘A’ grade electrical licence.
• Relevant electrical trade qualification.

Desirable

• Formal leadership qualification.
