Supervisor Maintenance NPI

Work Location: Iron Bridge - Fortescue’s Iron Bridge project is located on the traditional lands of the Nyamal people.

Roster: 8D6R FIFO ex Perth

Key accountabilities will include:

• Supervision of carpenters, mechanical fitters and plumbers to ensure compliance to regulations
• Manage SAP notifications and creation of work orders
• Provide safe and efficient work environment for team
• Ensure plumbing services are completed to Plumbers Licensing and Plumbing Standards Regulations 2000
• Follow Work management process and provide coaching to team members were required
• Management of service contractors for project work completed on non-process infrastructure

Attributes required to the role:

• Experience in previous leadership roles
• Experience preparing weekly work schedules for area of responsibility
• Experience in making decision to balance urgent and important tasks on hand
• Understanding of Work Management processes
• Knowledge of Maintenance Strategies
• Understanding of predictive and preventive maintenance principles
• Understanding of WHS Legislation
• Understanding of Reliability Engineering investigation processes (RCA) and data analysis

Qualifications and skills required:

• Strong planning, Organisational and scheduling skills
• Ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to manage different tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literacy in SAP, Microsoft office
• Minimum relevant trade qualification for role
