Our Opportunity

 

Location: Cloudbreak – located on the traditional lands of the Palyku and Nyiyaparli peoples.


Roster: 7D/7N/14R – FIFO ex Perth, Busselton, Karratha, Port Hedland and Broome.

 

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor Maintenance Services to join our Cloudbreak Mobile Maintenance team. Reporting to the Superintendent - Maintenance Services, you will provide leadership across a diverse portfolio including heavy vehicle workshop infrastructure, Toolstore, HME Fire Suppression and In-pit Service Crew operations.

 

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivering safe, reliable and efficient maintenance services that support operational performance across site. You will lead a high-performing team, drive continuous improvement and work collaboratively with operational stakeholders to maximise equipment availability and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Champion a strong safety culture through visible leadership and accountability.
  • Lead, coach and develop maintenance personnel to achieve high performance.
  • Coordinate maintenance activities to maximise equipment reliability and service availability.
  • Oversee workshop infrastructure, Toolstore, HME fire suppression and in-pit service operations.
  • Manage work priorities, statutory inspections and maintenance compliance requirements.
  • Monitor maintenance performance, costs and resource utilisation to optimise productivity.
  • Build strong relationships with Maintenance, Mining and Hive teams to deliver reliable support services.

Qualifications and Experience

 

  • Demonstrated leadership experience within mining, heavy industry or maintenance operations.
  • Experience leading maintenance teams and contractors in workshop and operational environments.
  • Knowledge of workshop infrastructure maintenance, heavy mobile equipment, HME fire suppression systems and in-pit service operations.
  • Strong understanding of maintenance planning, work management systems and continuous improvement principles.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and people leadership skills.
  • Trade qualification in a relevant discipline (highly regarded).
