About the role

Our tight-knit team is looking for a motivated and experienced Supervisor Mobile Equipment Maintenance to become part of the Mesa A MEM team to provide safe, efficient, forward-thinking maintenance, repairs and fault-finding to our assets. The role is a great opportunity for a motivated and safety-conscious individual looking for a new challenge.

Working a 8 days on, 6 days off, 7 nights on, 7 nights off, FIFO roster and reporting to the Superintendent Mobile Equipment Maintenance, you will be: 

  • Be an inspiring role model and coach for positive behaviours, practices and processes, whilst providing leadership, development and support to your team
  • Ensure all mining activities undertaken are compliant with all relevant statutory regulations and business standards and policies
  • Contribute to the HSE system and increase awareness to enable an injury free and environmentally responsible workplace
  • Drive continuous improvement projects which include cost saving and production efficiency projects
  • Complete daily inspections of all work areas and regular on the job interactions with the team to develop a safe and efficient work culture

What you will need for this role

  • A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
  • Experience in a Supervisory role
  • A manual Australian C-Class Driver's Licence
  • Trade Qualified
  • Competency with the use of SAP and Raising Quality Notifications
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
