About the Role

As a Mine Services Supervisor, you’ll lead a team responsible for critical site services including water management, road maintenance, rehabilitation, pit services, and general infrastructure upkeep. You will:

· Provide daily leadership and direction to the Mine Services crew.

· Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to plan.

· Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and Technical teams to support operational requirements.

· Monitor compliance with site standards and environmental obligations.

· Drive a strong safety culture and continuous improvement mindset.

About You

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Supervisor to join our Mine Services team and play a key role in supporting safe and efficient production across our coal mining operations,

· Proven leadership experience in an open cut coal mining environment.

· Strong knowledge of mine services activities (e.g., dewatering, road building, drainage, rehabilitation).

· Sound understanding of mining legislation, safety systems, and risk management.

· Effective communication and team-building skills.
