About the Role
Our Ancillary Maintenance team are seeking a Supervisor Mobile Maintenance to join a technically motivated and results-driven team at our Peak Downs Mine site. This role is offered on a 6:6 day/ night roster
Reporting to the Superintendent Ancillary Maintenance you will lead a crew of trade qualified employees and overseeing the maintenance of the ancillary equipment.
You will drive optimal performance of your team adhering to safety regulations and will also be a champion for continuous business improvement.

About You
We have a strong focus on finding individuals with the right values, leadership and communication skills. Your interpersonal skills will foster collaborative working relationships and your ability to consolidate and analyse information will provide critical thinking and a solution-focused attitude.
Your ability to communicate is of the upmost importance as well as your relationships skills. It is essential that you demonstrate impeccable safety behaviours and being safety focused is part of your everyday.
You will also have:
- Previous supervisory experience in the same or similar position and industry
- Trade qualification or engineering qualification
- Experience maintaining Caterpillar equipment would be highly regarded
- Ability to navigate a work management system, SAP exposure preferred
- Proficiency to identify improvement opportunities of both staff and processes
- Build cross functional relationships with other areas to support the delivery of maintenance
