We are looking for a Supervisor Mobilisation to lead the mobilisation team through problem solving and a high-pressure environment.

Reporting to the Superintendent Project Services and working in a collaborative community within the mobilisation team, you will be:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the mobilisation process
  • Assisting in resolving emergencies or high-profile mobilisation
  • Maintain documented work instructions/ reference guides for the mobilisation officers
  • Ensure all stakeholders are following the process including lead time, data integrity, formats etc
  • Provide reports, forecast/allocation information and activity updates to Senior for management
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
  • Lead, develop, mentor team

Where you’ll be working

You will be primarily based in Perth, at our Central Park office, working Monday to Friday. The role will require day trips site travel from time-to-time in accordance with operational requirements.
