Supervisor Mobilisation
Work Location: Perth
Fortescue’s Perth office is located on the traditional lands of the Whadjuk people.
Roster: 8D/6R
Reporting to the Mobilisation Superintendent, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Mobilisation Officers providing end-to-end onboarding support for contractors across all Fortescue locations in this Perth based role.
Key accountabilities will include:
- Supervise Mobilisation Officers and provide support during transactions and troubleshoot internal team queries.
- Ensure staff are trained and supported in their roles
- Maintain a high consistent level of service delivery to customers
- Developing strong, co-operative internal and external working relationships with stakeholders
- Conduct weekly and monthly mobilisation reporting identifying areas to improve onboarding turnaround time and data integrity.
- Manage and implement innovative technology functions to provide efficiency and a high level of customer service.
- Develop, maintain and champion department processes and procedures.
- Mobilisation coordination for new projects and developments
Qualifications and skills required:
- Previous experience in a leadership position in mobilising high volumes of people in a timely manner across a variety of operations (preferably within the resources industry).
- Strong analytic skills and a high attention to detail
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Excellent customer service skillset with experience dealing with multiple customers
- Provide leadership by coordinating and motivating the team by setting daily KPIs and deadlines
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
- Exposure to managing multiple and competing priorities
