About the Role

Reporting directly to the Planning Superintendent, the NPI Supervisor's primary responsibility will be to coordinate activities for non-production infrastructure, as well as provide support and ensure shift transitions run smoothly. There will be direct reports to this position who work alternating shift patterns to ensure 7 day a week coverage.

You will assist and support investigations of non-production issues, subsequently identifying and proposing solutions. You will also be directly involved in management of Material Risks and Critical Controls. You will have an active role in the planning and execution of plant shutdowns ensuring work is performed to a high standard.
