About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Effective management of service contractors and proactive issue resolution on all matters relating to village and resident experience.
- Contract and Service Provider management across all facets of service delivery inclusive of scope compliance, HSE Reporting, Injury Management and labour utilisation
- Prepare site communications and feedback
- Assist with implementation of initiatives and programs that improve the experience of the NiW residents
- Build effective relationships and liaise closely with stakeholders to understand the short, medium & long term requirements in village services according to operation needs
- Proactively monitor, measure, communicate and report issues, opportunities, risks, service levels, and achievements in relation to the function
- Effectively manage, coach, develop and mentor onsite teams
- Drive a positive and safe workplace culture, conduct daily safety interactions.
- Actively identify continuous improvement opportunities or capital expenditure initiatives in village and town
- Ensure legislative and regulatory compliance by working closely with operational business partners.
- Financial and Operational Service delivery revision and analysis reporting

About You
- Previous experience managing a contractor workforce (highly regarded);
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, ability to foster positive working relationships and be adaptable to various communication styles;
- WA C Class Manual Driver’s License
- Ability to work autonomously
- Team management experience in the provision of multidiscipline services within the mining or related industry
- Demonstrated knowledge, experience and understanding of safety procedures governing Village operations and services
- Ability to problem solve with complex logistical challenges
- A proven ability to plan, organise and coordinate a variety of tasks within a dynamic environment;
- Possess intermediate computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, SAP and similar systems and databases;
