We have an opportunity to join our Resource Development team as a Supervisor Operations supporting our Operations Team within the Pilbara.
The Supervisor Operations will be accountable for leading, coaching and developing our RTIO Team Members to achieve Safe Production of all field activities. Team Members include Field Assistants, Survey Assistants, Operations Coordinators and Hydrogeological Technicians. Collaborates with Contracts Supervisors to support them in achieving the 2-Week Plan.
Reporting to the Superintendent Operations and working 8 days on; 6 days off roster, the ideal candidate will have:
A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
A proven track record of success in an operational management and team leadership role
Risk management and contingency planning
Contractor management experience
Solid stakeholder engagement skills including the ability to effectively influence, collaborate with and negotiate with contract partners, operational teams, procurement and planning teams
Project management experience
Mechanical aptitude
Continuous improvement (e.g. demonstrated use of process improvement methodologies)
Manual C Class driver’s license, HR desirable.

This opportunity is for a vacancy within our Greater Hope Downs / Rhodes Ridge team. Flying in and out of West Angelas, working on a Wednesday/Wednesday 8/6 roster.
