We’re looking for a safety-focused Fixed Plant Supervisor with a passion for people to lead a team of Fixed Plant Production operators in the safe delivery of daily production targets, daily inspections of the plant and assisting in maintaining plant reliability.
This role is a great opportunity for an experienced supervisor or a capable future leader looking to take the next step in their career. Working on a residential 4 days, 3 nights, 6 off roster, enjoy the luxury of returning to your home after each shift. You will have a supportive leader that will not only set you up for success but will continue to work with you to develop your career aspirations.
Reporting to the Superintendent Fixed Plant Production and working in a challenging and exciting environment within our Plant Operations team, you will:
- Drive a safe work environment where zero harm is our goal
- Demonstrate ability to consistently achieve safety and operational outcomes and delivery of target
- Be an inspiring role model and coach for positive behaviours, practices and processes, whilst providing leadership, development and support to your team
- Complete daily inspections of work areas and regular on the job interactions with the team to drive a safe and efficient work culture
- Leading, organising, developing and motivating your team to exceed expectations and targets
- Ensure clear direction and stakeholder management is upheld within direct area of accountability
- Process works in alignment with the Work Management System
What you’ll bring

Where you’ll be working
Tom Price is located in the central Pilbara, west of Karijini National Park and is our original Pilbara mine, currently employing residential and fly in fly out employees. It is known as one of the most attractive towns in the Pilbara with a high school, two primary schools a hospital and a high standard of recreational facilities.
You will be required to live residentially in the Tom Price township.
