Your main duties involve supervising employees, managing equipment, and overseeing production plans. This includes scheduling, safety compliance, and reporting. You will coordinate mine production, monitor targets, and engage with the team to ensure a positive impact. What You'll Bring Qualifications: Mining Supervisor/Quarry Manager Certification & Valid Driver’s License. Experience: Five years in mining, with at least two in a supervisory role and Drill & Blast experience. Skills: Organized, strong interpersonal skills, change management, financial analysis, and planning. Responsibilities Leadership & Direction: Set job expectations and prioritize tasks. Safety & Operations: Ensure safety and understand drilling & blasting components. Planning & Execution: Implement short & medium-term plans aligned with business goals. Operational Efficiency: Maximize productivity, considering costs and environmental impact. Documentation & Compliance: Complete required reports and ensure compliance. Technical Understanding: Above-average knowledge of mining equipment for safety and production. Employee Engagement: Foster engagement through fair leadership. Production Coordination: Efficiently manage mine production with mobile equipment. Training & Development: Ensure ongoing operator training for skill enhancement.
