Job Responsibilities
Exciting Opportunity at Macmahon KCGM project.
Join our dynamic team at the KCGM operation. As a Production Supervisor, you’ll be the face of site management, providing effective leadership and overseeing day-to-day operations within the production team. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring health and safety standards are upheld, production targets are met, and machinery and equipment are managed efficiently.
About the role
- Keep a close eye on the efficiency of Dozer, Drills and load haul activities.
- Maintain short interval control boards and provide timely feedback to the crew.
- Work closely with maintenance supervisors to address damage and breakdown issues.
- Ensure all machinery operates at peak productivity.
About you
- RIIRIS402D – Carry Out the Risk Management Processes.
- RIIRIS201D – Conduct Local Risk Control.
- RIIRIS301D – Apply Risk Management Processes (G1 formerly S1).
- RIIWHS301D – Conduct Safety and Health Investigations (G8 formerly S2).
- RIICOM301D – Communicate Information (G9 formerly S3).
