About the role

We are seeking an engaging Supervisor Production to provide positive leadership to a dynamic team of mine operators, enabling them to meet safe productivity, cost and quality requirements to achieve targets within our Operations.
Leading on the frontline is one of the most important jobs in our business and comes with a huge amount of responsibility. We need you to motivate, inspire and keep your people safe and well.
Reporting to the Superintendent Production and working in a collaborative and diverse team within the Mine Operations department, you will:
- Be an inspiring role model and coach for positive behaviours, practices and processes, whilst providing leadership, development and support to your team.
- Complete daily inspections of the pit and drive a positive safety culture with your team.
- Build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders to align on operational plans and strategies.
- Drive production efficiencies in a pit environment.
- Execute the daily and weekly mine plan.

What you’ll bring
- A proven commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
- Leadership experience and confidence in developing and coaching team members
- Prior experience in a mining production environment
- Demonstrated ability in meeting targets and bringing the team on a journey of continuous development
- Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities to deliver solutions across an operation
- A current WA Driver’s license
