We are seeking engaging Production Supervisors to provide strong frontline leadership to our mining teams, enabling safe, efficient and high‑quality delivery of production outcomes across our operations.

Opportunities are available for FIFO candidates based in Perth or regional hubs including Busselton, Albany and Geraldton, working across a combination of day and night shift rosters.
Reporting to the Production Superintendent and working within a collaborative mine operations team, you will:
Role‑model safe and inclusive behaviours while providing leadership, development and support to operational teams
Implement production plans to maximise productivity while minimising cost and environmental impact
Work closely with Load & Haul, Mine Planning and Maintenance teams to deliver mine plans and balance competing priorities
Conduct regular pit inspections and drive a strong safety culture across the team
Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders to align on operational priorities
Oversee work unit training, safety compliance, scheduling and productivity
Execute day‑to‑day and fortnightly plans, allocating resources in line with operational requirements
About you
A strong commitment to the safety of yourself and your team

Experience in a mining production environment
Completion of the Statutory Supervisor Legal Exam
A current Western Australian C Class manual driver’s licence
