ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is a Permanent position working on a contnious DS/NS roster DIDO from our Boddington Bauxite Mine, is located a short drive from the community of Boddington (10 minutes), Pinjarra (50 minutes) and the City of Mandurah (1 hour).

As the Supervisor Production, you will be responsible for the supervision and the execution of Operations activities undertaken by front-line operational personnel in line with the operations plan and targets for HSEC, Cost, and Volume.

Other key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to: 

• Control and Monitor BBM Fixed Plant (crushing and conveying).
• Execute production activities according to the schedule.
• Work with physical assets, plant and equipment as defined by the operation standards and operating procedures.
• Review and update plans and equipment history and communicate status to appropriate parties.
• Review and request updates to work management and other master data as required to achieve timely and accurate execution of work orders.

ABOUT YOU 

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:  

• Demonstrated capability to successfully lead a team and influence others.
• Exceptional safety leadership with an ability to identify and eliminate hazards in the workplace.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills and the ability to form effective working relationships.
• Analytical, problem solving & decision-making skills.
• Ability to strategically assign or reassign work, interpreting policy, explaining and providing a framework for projects.
• Experience and knowledge of Fixed Plant operations and control systems.
• Hold or have the capability to obtain a Certificate IV in Frontline Management
