About the Role
We are currently seeking a Refinery Production Supervisor to join our team at Olympic Dam in South Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of operators to achieve safe, efficient and effective production in a refinery environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of operators to ensure safe, efficient and effective production in a refinery environment.
- Monitor and report on production performance, ensuring compliance with production targets, quality standards and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement production plans, schedules and procedures to optimize refinery operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity, reduce costs and improve safety performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Foster a culture of safety, excellence, teamwork and continuous improvement.
About you
- Experience in refinery or chemical production operations, with demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of refinery processes and equipment.
- Understanding of safety and environmental regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on a 7/7 days/nights roster.
