We are looking for a Reliability Execution Supervisor to join our Maintenance Team at Dampier Ports. Based at one of the largest bulk cargo port terminals in Australia, this role will primarily be focused on implementing mechanical engineering solutions for site defects to improve plant reliability, increase plant throughput and ensure the safe operation of assets.

Reporting to the Superintendent Maintenance, you will:
- Provide technical advice to maintenance, planning and operations teams
- Identify site improvement projects to optimise plant reliability, availability, and maintainability
- Provide engineering assistance for procurement of new assets / components
- Support change management processes relating to fixed plant maintenance activities
- Work closely with the Condition Monitoring Technicians, Engineers, and Hydrocarbons Tech to mitigate plant risk
- Promote a culture of safety by developing and implementing strategies and projects that improve and update designs in accordance with standards
- Identify opportunities to carry out critical work outside of shutdowns to de-risk and remove interfaces for upcoming outages
- Serve as custodian for the Maintenance ZBB Budget
- Process works in alignment with the Work Management System
About you
To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:
- A Trade qualification or Engineering degree with previous maintenance or reliability experience within a fixed plant environment
- A good demonstration of Mechanical aptitude having worked in a Planning function or shutdown related role for fixed plant
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A continuous improvement mindset
Where you will be working
Our port facilities consist of 2 shipping terminals located on the Pilbara coast at Dampier which form an essential part of our logistics process. Each terminal has facilities for train unloading, iron ore stockpiling, product blending and ship loading.
