About the role
We are seeking applications for the role of Site Services Supervisor Reliability Execution at Dampier Port Operation supporting both Port and Rail Operations.
The Dampier Site Services team provides strong contractor management practices in alignment with Rio Tinto Iron Ore’s (RTIO) Contractor Management process. We welcome our contractors to our workplace and support the teams for safety execution of the work.
The Site Services Supervisor Reliability Execution is responsible to support the delivery of contractor management functions and engagement through to feedback to support growth and future success.
The role includes:
- Understand upcoming work and provide input into planning process
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to improve asset reliability
- Support leadership of contractors with CMS as required
- Manage contractor performance reviews and cost control processes
- Manage various improvement projects to support and develop best practice
- Lead site services capacity planning
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Qualified RT Company Representative
- Understanding and experience in the non-process infrastructure field
- Understanding and experience in the SAP Work Management process
- A proactive approach to delivering a safe working culture
- Great communication skills
- Well-developed stakeholder engagement skills
- A current "C Class" WA Manual Driver’s Licence
