Supervisor - Shift

The Zoroastrian Gold Mine is located ~40kms north of Kalgoorlie, in Western Australia's Goldfields and a new asset for our client St Barbara. 

The Macmahon Underground team are seeking Shift Supervisors to work FIFO [or DIDO -  Kalgoorlie based] on a 2:2 roster (including night shift and day shift) from Perth to project site. 
 
Must meet the following criteria to be considered:
Experience in an Underground Shift Supervisors role
Preferably experienced with working on a start-up project
Be able to monitor your crews competencies and training requirements;
Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience in teams of 8+
MUST hold a WA Shift Supervisor Ticket 
Have a high level of communication skills 
Hold a DGSC
Senor First Aid certificate desirable
Have a good attitude and be willing and able to lead by example
Have sound computer skills
Hold a clear National Police Check (or ability to get one)
Current Drivers Licence
Can pass a medical
