Supervisor - Shift

The Macmahon Underground team at Deflector are seeking Shift Supervisors to work FIFO on a 2/2 roster (including night shift and day shift) from Perth to project site. 

 
Applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered:

•    MUST hold a WA Shift Supervisor Ticket 
•    Experience in an Underground Shift Supervisors role
•    Be able to monitor your crews competencies and training requirements;
•    Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience in teams of 15+
•    MUST hold a WA Shift Supervisor Ticket 
•    Have a high level of communication skills 
•    Hold a Dangerous Goods Security Card
•    Hold Senor First Aid certificate 
•    Have a good attitude and be willing and able to set the example
•    Have sound computer skills
•    Hold a clear National Police Check (or ability to get one)
•    Current Drivers Licence
