Join the Boston Shaker team as an Underground Shift Boss and play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating mining operations during designated shifts. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of underground mining processes, and a commitment to safety.

About you

Minimum of 5 years experience in an Underground Shift Supervisors role
Be able to monitor your crews competencies and training requirements;
Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience in large teams
MUST hold a WA Shift Supervisor Ticket 
Have a high level of communication skills 
Hold a Shotfirers ticket and DGSC
Senor First Aid certificate
Ability to work independently as well as a part of the team
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Current C Class Drivers Licence
