Macmahon has been awarded a long term underground mining contract for the development of Boston Shaker underground mine located at our existing surface operation at Tropicana gold mine in Western Australia.

The Macmahon Underground team are seeking Shift Supervisors to work a 7days on 7days off Dayshift and Night Shift roster FIFO out of Perth. 

Must meet the following criteria to be considered:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in an Underground Shift Supervisors role
• Be able to monitor your crews competencies and training requirements;
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience in teams of 8+
• MUST hold a WA Shift Supervisor Ticket 
• Have a high level of communication skills 
• Hold a Shotfirers ticket and DGSC
• Senor First Aid certificate desirable
• Have a good Attitude - Set the Example
• Have sound computer skills
• Hold a Clear Police Check 
• Current Drivers Licence
• Can Pass a Medical
