Supervisor - Shotcrete

Job Responsibilities

We’re seeking a Projects Crew Supervisor to join our Gwalia team. You’ll be responsible for assisting the Underground Shift Supervisors and undertaking general supervision and coordination of Paste Fill, Projects, and Shotcrete activities. About the role
 

• Strategically plan, schedule, and coordinate works on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Conduct sampling and testing of shotcrete and paste fill in line with Ground Control Management Plan and Backfill Management Plan.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and conflicts with ease.
• Monitor and supervise works to ensure they meet the highest standards.

About you

• Deep knowledge of cement and concrete products.
• Extensive understanding of underground Shotcreting activities.
• Thorough grasp of underground Paste Filling activities.
• Proven experience in a leadership role.
• At least 5 years of general underground experience.
• Minimum C class driver’s license.
• WA Underground Supervisor Certification or Competency (desirable).
