We are looking for a Supervisor Supply to oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, handling, and distribution of goods with high accuracy, productivity and safety.

Reporting to the Superintendent Supply and working in a collaborative and diverse team, you will:
Enforce safety protocols, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements to ensure a safe working environment for all employees
Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
Oversee inventory control procedures to ensure accurate and timely stock management
Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
Implement and monitor inventory management systems and processes
Coordinate and oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods
Monitor and manage order picking, packing, and shipping processes to meet customer requirements and deadlines
Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse performance, including key metrics and KPI’s
What you’ll bring
A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
Experience using warehouse management systems and relevant software
Experience in operating warehouse equipment and relevant licenses e.g. forklift
The ability to address operational challenges and make informed decisions under pressure
Strong communication skills to effectively engage stakeholder relationships and team management
Strong planning and organisational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects
Excellent customer focus

Located in Port Hedland, our warehouse team plays a vital role in supporting operations by managing inventory, handling goods safely, and ensuring efficient supply chain processes.
