About the role

We are looking for a Supervisor Travel to lead the People & Logistics – Travel team located at Central Park, Perth CBD. This is a great opportunity for a dynamic and inspirational individual to take the next step in their leadership journey.

Reporting to the Superintendent Travel, and working in a challenging and exciting environment you will be:

  • Demonstrating a personal commitment and passion for safety, inclusion, and respect
  • Leading a dynamic and diverse travel team, that facilitates people movement for our Iron Ore workforce
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and strong customer service
  • Leading, coaching, mentoring and guiding your team through regular change, where timely decision making is required
  • Demonstrating strong stakeholder engagement, through managing relationships with our key partners
  • Collaborating with and supporting our offshore teams

Where you’ll be working

This role is based in Perth, at our head office in Central Park, and working Monday to Friday. We want you to have a great work/life balance, so the days, hours, location of work are flexible (including working from home).

In the Pilbara region of Western Australia, we own an integrated portfolio of iron ore assets: a world-class, integrated network of 16 mines, four independent port terminals, a 1,700-kilometre rail network and related infrastructure –all designed to respond rapidly to changes in demand. We are one of the world's leading producers and exporters of iron ore.
