Supervisor Warehouse DC & Logistics
Location: Distribution Centre's (Kewdale/Hazelmere). Fortescue’s office is located on the traditional lands of the Whadjuk people.
Roster: Mon - Fri
We are looking for a detail oriented individual to join our team as the DC Warehouse Supervisor.
The responsibilities of the Warehouse Supervisor include training, coaching and supervising employees, managing operational costs, monitoring their department's productivity deliverables aligned with operational policies.
To be successful as a Warehouse Supervisor, you should be result oriented with excellent organisational and leadership skills.
Supervisor Warehouse DC & Logistics Responsibilities:
- Managing the departmental budgets and overseeing inventory compliance including repairable item tracking prioritisation.
- Implementing effective strategies to enhance the operations performance and productivity
- Recruiting dynamic team members to provide high-quality customer support and deliverables.
- Supporting the implementation of departmental policies, procedures, goals, and objectives.
- Developing strategies to improve department metrics and performance through data analysist reporting.
- Maintaining strong working relations with key stakeholders (3PL, internal and external)
Supervisor Requirements:
- Tertiary Diploma or studies highly regarded
- Experience in implementing operational processes.
- Experience in contract management and stakeholder engagement
- Strong Communication and interpersonal, administrative management, and organisational skills in a dynamic environment
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
