The position of Supply Officer provides effective purchasing and supply services to Cracow Gold Operations through the timely delivery and receipting of goods and services. This is a permanent position, on a family friendly 8:6 roster, FIFO from Brisbane or Sunshine Coast.
Duties and responsibilities:
The Operation
Cracow is an Underground Gold Operation located about 3 hours’ drive from Bundaberg, Rockhampton, and Hervey Bay. Employing 220 people, Cracow is forecast to produce 65,000 ounces of gold in FY2022.
Our family-friendly DIDO/FIFO roster offers a genuine work life balance, on site there is comfortable company provided accommodation and meals, small shop, and gym. DIDO employees must be located within 4 hours drive of site for fatigue management purposes.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Unloading, receipting and storing of incoming freight
- Liaise with planner on issues pertaining to weekly schedule and critical parts issues/outages
- Monitor inventory and critical items to ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained to support operations.
- Identify cost savings and process improvements and communicate to the Supervisor – Supply
- Cert IV in Purchasing or Warehousing Operations (desirable)
- Established understanding of database management
- Established skills in the Pronto IMS (or equivalent ERP)
- Forklift Licence
