The Supply Supervisor position is to provide day to day leadership and ensure safe effective and efficient operation of the Deflector Warehouse.

Deflector Site Overview:
Deflector Operation consists of two high-grade, narrow vein Gold/Copper mines, located 160km east of Geraldton. The ore is contained in a series of structurally complex lodes, namely the Deflector and Deflector South West deposits.

The purpose of the position of Supply Supervisor position is to provide day to day leadership and ensure safe effective and efficient operation of the Deflector Warehouse store facility whilst providing the necessary customer support to key stakeholders to ensure business continuity.
Key responsibilities of this role will include:
- Operate forklift within design and safety specifications.
- Utilise inventory and procurement systems i.e. Pronto as per company procedures.
- Follow SDS requirements for dangerous goods storage and handling.
- Liaise with suppliers regarding supply agreements
- Review & write Warehouse Department Procedures
- Inventory Control – ANSI stock code creating, review stock MIN/MAX & slow-moving & obsolete Stock
- Implement daily cyclic stocktakes
- Assist Superintendent with all month end reporting such as stock evaluation reports & mining stock movement reports
- Purchase Order expediting
- Continued warehouse maintenance of main store & yard improvements
- Ensure all delivery vehicles are unloaded in a safe manner and all team members are appropriately ticketed and experienced in the safe operation of mobile equipment.
- Delegate daily duties to all stores staff
About You:
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a stores person in a mining environment.
- 3+ years supervisory experience in similar roles
- Proficient user of inventory and procurement systems such as Pronto
- WA Driver’s License (manual C Class)
- WHS for Statutory Supervisor Training/Qualification (Schedule 26
- Forklift Licence
- Dangerous Goods Card
- Working at heights
