We have exciting opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples who have relevant experience to to join our Surveyor Teams on Fly In, Fly Out rosters, flying out of Perth. Whether you’re new to the profession or experienced in your field, and whatever industry you have exposure to, we have opportunities that will provide interesting work and growth opportunities for everyone.
You’ll be part of an encouraging team, supported by leaders to grow and achieve your own personal goals as well as the goals of the team.
Reporting to the Operations Planning Superintendent, and supported by a Specialist Surveyor, the core tasks of this role include.
As-constructed pick-ups using a suite of spatial data collectors such as GPS, laser scanners and UAV’s
Incident scene surveys and digital hazard management
Pit wall and infrastructure deformation monitoring
Set out of known hazards and critical operational boundaries
Conformance to design checks & associated reports
Volumetric surveys and reporting.
About you
You will ideally have:
Diploma of Surveying or above
Practical Surveying experience in any field
A ‘C’ class driver’s licence
Ability to engage and collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
