Job Responsibilities

This role will be dedicated to crafting and executing Macmahon’s strategic plan aimed at significantly enhancing our sustainability performance. 

About the role

  • Continuously track and evaluate environmental and sustainability metrics, ensuring alignment with the evolving project program.
  • Champion the business’s efforts in climate transition planning.
  • Shape the mid and long-term ESG strategic vision, leveraging insights from both internal and external experts.
  • Spearhead the promotion of Macmahon’s ESG performance.

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Environment/Sustainability or similar.
  • Proven track record in a comparable role within the mining or civil sectors.
  • In-depth expertise in statutory requirements and regulations.
